Our reservation policy permits that if a reservation which has been placed must be cancelled or if there is an early check-out, and if the rental unit has not been re-rented for the reserved dates, the amount due will be as follows: For thirty (30) days notice of cancellation, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. For fourteen (14) days notice of cancellation, an amount equal to one (1) night(s) lodging in the rental room reserved will be due. Provincial Goods and Services Taxes which are as follows: GST 7% and PST 10% will be paid upon arrival. Check-in time is between 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
